Actual technologies, strategies and industry trends aimed at reducing the consumption of materials and waste recycling, allow us to analyze sustainability from different points of view: sustainability oriented to reduction on raw material consumption and increase recycling, sustainability regarding energy due to machine technologies and processes able to minimize energy needed in the manufacture of components; and finally, the environmental sustainability regarding the generation of waste, environmental footprint, noise, etc.
